1. Scope of Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.thealchemistsanctuary.com, covering physical, made-to-order art prints.
2. Fulfillment Process
All products are made-to-order and fulfilled via Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Orders are routed to the nearest available production partners to minimize environmental impact and ensure timely delivery. We do not currently offer framed prints.
3. Production Timeline
Production begins within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Delivery times listed below begin only after production is complete.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery times are based on estimates from our logistics partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Expedited shipping options are not currently available.
6. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If tracking is not received within 5 business days of order placement, please contact us at support@thealchemistsanctuary.com
7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
8. Packaging & Sustainability
All prints are shipped unframed using FSC-certified paper, recycled packaging, and plastic-free materials. We are committed to sustainable practices wherever possible.
9. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

We cannot replace or refund orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier unless there is verifiable evidence of delivery failure.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding any return shipping, customs, or handling fees incurred.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following countries due to legal or logistical restrictions:
Belarus, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and any country under applicable sanctions.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
