Each print is produced on Master's Edition archival paper, an FSC®-certified, off-white, matte, museum-quality stock that ensures refined texture and lasting colour integrity.
Each print undergoes a digital restoration process to ensure colour fidelity and authenticity to the original while preserving natural patina, texture, and visible traces of time.
Your artwork is securely packaged and shipped in either a recyclable cardboard box or a protective tube, depending on print size and regional fulfilment centre, using recycled materials where possible.

Paper and Printing Details:
Sustainability: Our process is guided by sustainability from paper sourcing to packaging and delivery. We use recyclable materials wherever possible, with every print made to order to ensure minimal waste and maximum care for the environment.
Production time: 3–7 business days (typically 3–4).

Delivery Method: Your order will be delivered by UPS, local postal services, or regional couriers to your nearest parcel shop or collection point.
Duties & Customs:
Notification: You will receive an email notification once your parcel is ready for collection, including tracking details and pickup instructions.
Tracking: Our global print partners automatically send email notifications with tracking details once your package is ready for shipment. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive a tracking email.
Packaging: Orders are securely packaged and shipped in either a recyclable cardboard box or a protective tube, using recycled materials where possible.
Damages or Misprints: If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective, or significantly misprinted, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations: All prints are made to order and fulfilled by our global print partners.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement and before production begins.
To request a cancellation, email support@thealchemistsanctuary.com immediately with your order number. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to Belarus, Russia, North Korea, Iran, or Syria.
Pricing Transparency: Our prices include free worldwide shipping. Taxes and duties are shown at checkout where applicable.
Currency: Prices are displayed in your local currency. Transactions are processed securely in EUR. Your bank or payment provider may apply minor foreign exchange or transaction fees depending on your currency and card provider.
